Our Founder
Rae Fan
Rae Fan is the Founder of MandarinBleu Strategy and an experienced strategy consultant with over eight years of professional consulting experience, including four years based in Paris. She brings a strong international academic and professional background, combining deep analytical training with on-the-ground market expertise.
Rae is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University in the City of New York, with undergraduate academic experience at the University of Oxford and Tongji University in China. This multidisciplinary and cross-continental education has shaped her ability to navigate complex political, economic, and regulatory environments across Europe and China.
Having lived and worked extensively in Paris, Rae has developed a deep understanding of the European business and policy landscape, particularly in France. She specializes in strategy consulting, advising organizations on market entry, growth strategy, regulatory analysis, and cross-border cooperation. Her work is characterized by rigorous analysis, cultural fluency, and a pragmatic approach to decision-making in complex environments.
